3. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.
You must not:
- use the website unlawfully;
- submit false, inaccurate or misleading information;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, booking system, forms or associated systems;
- interfere with the security or operation of the website;
- upload or transmit viruses, malware or harmful code;
- copy, reproduce or reuse website content without permission;
- use the website in a way that could damage our reputation or interfere with another person's use of the website.
4. Online Sales, Bookings and Payments
This website is primarily an information, enquiry and appointment-booking website for Neils Pharmacy.
The website may allow you to request appointments, complete pre-consultation forms, or access booking links for NHS and private pharmacy services.
We do not currently operate the website as a full ecommerce website for the general online sale of medicines or retail products. If online payment is made available for certain services in the future, this will usually relate to booking, reserving or paying for specific pharmacy services, consultations, tests, vaccinations or treatments.
Where online payment is available, any applicable price, payment terms, cancellation terms or refund position will be shown or explained before payment is taken.
Submitting a booking, completing a pre-consultation form or making a payment does not guarantee that a medicine, treatment, test, vaccination or service will be supplied. All pharmacy services remain subject to eligibility, availability, legal requirements, pharmacist assessment and clinical suitability.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a service, appointment or supply where we consider it unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, unavailable or not clinically suitable. Where a payment has been taken and a service cannot be provided, any refund due will be considered in line with the circumstances and your statutory rights.
5. Healthcare Information Disclaimer
Information on this website is provided for general information only.
It does not replace advice from a pharmacist, doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. You should not use website information to self-diagnose, self-treat or make changes to prescribed medication without speaking to an appropriate healthcare professional.
For urgent medical help, contact NHS 111.
For a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency department.
6. Pharmacy Services
The website may provide information about NHS and private pharmacy services.
Services may include, depending on availability and commissioning arrangements:
- NHS prescription services;
- Pharmacy First;
- blood pressure checks;
- contraception services;
- vaccination services;
- travel health services;
- ear care;
- blood tests;
- weight management services;
- other NHS or private pharmacy services.
All services are subject to:
- eligibility criteria;
- availability;
- stock availability;
- appointment availability;
- NHS commissioning arrangements, where applicable;
- pharmacist assessment;
- clinical suitability;
- legal and professional requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse or decline to provide a service, treatment or medicine where we consider it unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, unavailable or not clinically suitable.
7. Bookings and Pre-Consultation Forms
The website may allow you to request an appointment or complete a pre-consultation form.
Submitting a form or booking request does not guarantee:
- appointment availability;
- eligibility for a service;
- supply of medicine;
- treatment;
- vaccination;
- test provision;
- clinical suitability.
We may need to contact you for further information before providing a service. This may be by telephone, email, SMS or another appropriate method.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete, including information about symptoms, medicines, allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy status and relevant medical history.
If the pharmacist considers that a service is not suitable for you, you may be advised to contact your GP, NHS 111, urgent care or another healthcare professional.
8. Prescriptions and Medicines
Prescription and medicine-related services are subject to legal, clinical and professional checks.
We may refuse to supply a medicine where:
- the prescription is invalid or unclear;
- the medicine is unavailable;
- further checks are needed;
- supply would be unsafe or clinically inappropriate;
- legal or professional requirements are not met;
- we believe referral to another healthcare professional is appropriate.
Medicines supplied by the pharmacy are for the named patient only and should not be shared with anyone else.
9. Prices, Service Availability, Cancellations and Refunds
We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date. However, services, opening hours, prices, eligibility criteria, booking availability, stock availability and NHS commissioning arrangements may change.
Information shown on the website should not be treated as a guarantee that a service is available at a particular time, that you will be eligible for it, or that a particular medicine, test, vaccination or treatment will be supplied.
Where prices are shown for private services, they are provided for general guidance unless expressly confirmed at the time of booking or payment. Prices may be updated from time to time.
If online payments are introduced in the future, payment may be required before or at the time of booking for certain private services, consultations, tests, vaccinations or treatments. Any relevant payment, cancellation or refund terms will be explained before payment is taken.
If you cancel an appointment, fail to attend, arrive late, or do not provide the information needed for a safe clinical assessment, this may affect whether a refund is available.
Where a payment has been taken but the pharmacy decides that a service, treatment, medicine, test or vaccination cannot be provided because it is clinically unsuitable, unsafe, unlawful, unavailable or otherwise inappropriate, any refund due will be considered in line with the circumstances, the nature of the service, any costs already incurred, and your statutory rights.
Medicines that have left the pharmacy cannot usually be returned for reuse or resale. Unwanted medicines may be returned to the pharmacy for safe disposal, but this will not usually result in a refund.
This section does not affect your statutory rights.

The website may contain links to third-party websites, including NHS websites, health information resources, booking systems or other external services.

We may suspend, restrict or update the website at any time for maintenance, security, operational or business reasons.
13. Liability
We take reasonable care to ensure that website information is accurate at the time it is published. However, the website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from:
- reliance on general website information;
- website unavailability;
- booking system unavailability;
- technical faults;
- third-party website content;
- incomplete or inaccurate information submitted by users;
